This class is specifically for those little dancers who love to dance with a main focus in rhythm and coordination.
This is a class that provides basic Ballet and Jazz skills. Terminology, rhythm, and coordination are key factors taught, practiced, and developed through creative movement, music, and mime in a supportive and supervised environment.
This is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street and commercial dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to bring their own individual style and personality to the movements. This is also a fun class for those that love to dance and move. With prime focus on choreography, strength, and coordination, this class is sure to have you groovin.
This class will focus on classical ballet fundamentals and terminology while developing strength, confidence, balance, and flexibility. By participating in the first levels of traditional ballet training, students learn concentration and endurance and become proficient in fundamental dance movement and ballet technique all while incorporating grace and precision of movement.
This class will focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolations of the body, improving performance quality and developing complex rhythms and patterns. Students will be exposed to various styles of jazz such as Broadway, Street and Contemporary to help develop a well-rounded dancer.
This class is designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement.
This dance tends to utilize both the strong and controlled leg work of Ballet and Modern dance centering on the torso, and also employs contract / release, floor work, fall and recovery and improvisation characteristics of Modern dance, all with the elements of emotion.
Acro is a graceful art form which seamlessly blends the beauty of technical dance and athletic gymnastics all into one. Focusing on strength, flexibility, coordination, partnering skills, and tumbling, this class is sure to gain plenty of excitement.
Dancer-Size is an overall fun-filled, high intense cardio class that fuses technical dance moves and fitness techniques to target specific parts of the body for better toning and leaner muscles in a shorter amount of time.

This is a class that focuses on both the mental and the physical. It uses breathing techniques, exercises and meditation to help improve health from the inside out. Harmonizing the individuals spiritual well-being, mind and body, this class is great for all ages and genders.
